Three-dimensional vegetation network
3D vegetation network is a new type of geosynthetic material with a three-dimensional structure suitable for soil and water conservation, which can effectively prevent soil erosion, increase green area, and improve the ecological environment. It is a three-dimensional structured network like mat used for planting grass and fixing soil. The texture is loose and flexible, leaving 90% of the space to fill soil, gravel, and fine stones. The plant roots can pass through it and grow comfortably, neatly, and evenly. After growing, the mat, turf, and soil surface layer are firmly combined. As the plant roots can penetrate 30 to 40 centimeters below the ground surface, Formed a sturdy green composite protective layer.
Construction technology
1.Slope treatment: Clean up the miscellaneous stones and debris on the slope, backfill and compact the low-lying areas to ensure a smooth slope surface.
2. Laying a three-dimensional network
1) Lay a three-dimensional vegetation network along the slope surface from top to bottom, maintaining a smooth connection between the network and the slope surface.
2) When pre burying the 3D mesh on the top of the slope, it needs to be extended by 40-80cm, buried in the soil and compacted.
3) Anchoring the 3D mesh from bottom to top ф The three-dimensional mesh is fixed with U-shaped steel bars of 6mm or more, with a length of about 15-30cm and a width of about 8mm. The spacing between U-shaped steel bars is about 1.5-2.5m, and 8 # U-shaped iron nails or bamboo nails are used as auxiliary fixation in the middle.
4) After laying the three-dimensional vegetation network with soil cover, evenly cover the soil on the three-dimensional vegetation network, cover the network until there are no empty packages, and ensure that the soil thickness on the three-dimensional vegetation network is not less than 12mm. Then mix the fertilizer, auxin, and binder in a certain proportion evenly and sprinkle them on the surface. The fertilizer is a compound fertilizer with N: P: K=15:15:15 or N: P: K=10:8:7 and organic matter containing N, with a fertilizer content of approximately 30-50g/㎡.
3. Spray sowing
After the backfilling of the soil is completed, hydraulic spraying is carried out, which involves mixing and stirring the grass seeds (about 25 grams per square meter) with the adhesion agent, wood fiber, fertilizer, auxin, moisturizing agent, and water that promote their growth in a certain proportion to form a uniform mixture. The mixture is then evenly sprayed onto the slope through a hydraulic spraying machine.
4. Coverage
After the completion of spraying and grass planting construction, cover the surface of the slope with non-woven fabric to maintain moisture on the slope surface and reduce the erosion of seeds by rainfall, promoting seed growth. If the temperature is too high, there is no need to cover it to prevent the occurrence of diseases and pests.
5. Maintenance management
After the completion of grass spraying construction, it is necessary to regularly maintain the lawn until it is flat. When the lawn grows to about 5cm, the non-woven fabric can be removed.
