The watering and maintenance time shall not be less than 3 days. After the cement carpet is sprayed with water, the cement will solidify quickly. The main features of cement blanket. 1. Easy to use. Rapid solidification and molding.Once the hydration reaction occurs after watering, the size and shape of the cement blanket can still be processed as necessary within 2 hours, and it can harden 80% within 24 hours. It can also be used according to the special requirements of the user, with a special formula to achieve the purpose of rapid solidification or delayed solidification. 3. Environmentally friendly. Cement blanket is a low-quality, low-carbon technology. In many uses, the material used is 95% less than ordinary concrete. Its alkali content is limited, the scouring rate is very low, and it has little impact on the local ecology. 4. Flexibility of application. The cement blanket has good drape and can be formed according to the complex shape of the surface of the covered object, and even a hyperbolic shape. The cement blanket before solidification can be cut or cut with ordinary hand tools. 5. High material strength. The fibers in the cement blanket can enhance the material strength, prevent cracking, absorb impact energy, and form a stable failure mode. 6. Long-term durability. The cement blanket has good chemical resistance, wind and rain erosion resistance, and does not degrade under ultraviolet rays in the sun.
