“填埋场”渗滤液及地下水收集系统建设 Construction of landfill leachate and groundwater collection system

飞灰虽然本身不产生渗滤液，但在填埋过程中受降雨的影响仍有少量渗滤液的产建生，因次在设时需要考虑建设渗滤液收集系统。渗滤液收集系统由收集主管和支管呈鱼鳞状布置，在库底按照设计尺寸开挖盲沟，盲沟底层铺设细沙作为基层，基层上铺设收集管道，收集管道为HDPE开孔管，盲沟内用20-40mm碎石填充，碎石用200g/m2土工滤网包裹。如填埋场地下水位较高，可在填埋场库底下建设地下水收集系统，将地下水收集导排至水沟外排。地下水收集系统设计与渗滤液收集系统类似，根据水量选取合适的收集管道管径即可。

Although fly ash itself does not produce leachate, there is still a small amount of leachate generated during the landfill process due to the influence of rainfall. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the construction of a leachate collection system during the design. The leachate collection system consists of a collection main pipe and branch pipes arranged in a fish scale shape. A blind ditch is excavated at the bottom of the reservoir according to the design size. The bottom layer of the blind ditch is laid with fine sand as the base layer, and a collection pipeline is laid on the base layer. The collection pipeline is HDPE perforated pipe, and the blind ditch is filled with 20-40mm crushed stone, which is wrapped in a 200g/m2 geotextile filter. If the groundwater level in the landfill is high, a groundwater collection system can be built under the landfill reservoir to collect and discharge the groundwater outside the ditch. The design of the groundwater collection system is similar to that of the leachate collection system, and the appropriate diameter of the collection pipeline can be selected based on the water volume.
