防渗系统施工最为关键的分项工程即HDPE膜施工，施工质量的好坏直接关系到填埋场的防渗系统的防渗质量，深圳中禾深耕于填埋场施工领域多年，总结了有关HDPE膜施工的要点经验，着重与大家讲一下：

The most critical sub project in the construction of the anti-seepage system is the construction of HDPE film. The quality of the construction directly affects the anti-seepage quality of the anti-seepage system in the landfill. 一、土工膜在场地特殊部位的施工

1、 Construction of Geomembrane in Special Parts of the Site

（1）在边坡交汇处，HDPE土工膜的铺设、焊接属特殊情况；很多防渗工程都是由于在边坡交汇处的施工处理不当，造成工程隐患，对此我因地址宜采取相应处理措施，能使膜片更加紧密地与基底贴切在一起。这种情况的施工要点为：在拐弯等不规则范围内的膜片应裁成上宽下小的“倒梯形”，其宽窄比例操作人员根据现场的实际情况和边坡的具体尺寸精确计算。若该比例掌握不准，则会导致边坡上的膜面“起鼓”或“悬空”。

(1) The laying and welding of HDPE geomembrane at the intersection of slopes are special situations; Many anti-seepage projects are hidden dangers caused by improper construction treatment at the intersection of slopes. Therefore, I suggest taking corresponding measures to ensure that the membrane is more closely aligned with the substrate. The key point of construction in this situation is that the membrane within the irregular range of bends should be cut into "inverted trapezoids" with upper width and lower width. The width to width ratio should be accurately calculated by the operator based on the actual situation on site and the specific size of the slope. If the proportion is not accurately controlled, it will cause the membrane surface on the slope to "bulge" or "hang in the air".

（2）在渠道的边坡与场底衔接部位的坡角处，同样需经特殊处理。这种情况下的施工要点为：把边坡上的HDPE膜顺着破面铺设在距坡脚1.5米以外，在与场底的HDPE膜进行焊接处理。

(2) At the corner of the slope where the channel connects with the bottom of the site, special treatment is also required. The key point of construction in this situation is to lay the HDPE film on the slope along the broken surface 1.5 meters away from the foot of the slope, and weld it with the HDPE film at the bottom of the site.

（3）在整个施工过程中，取样后的修补部位及无法采用正常焊接施工的地方，需根据现场的实际情况制定因地制宜的施工细节，采用特殊工艺施工。“T型”、“双T型”等焊缝的二次焊接属特殊部位焊接。
