防水板安装施工工艺：

Waterproof board installation and construction process:

地下室底板的安装施工根据上图所示直接铺设在已经完工的钢筋混凝土底板上，板材采用套接的搭接方式。沿排水沟边设厚度不小于150mm 的C30 素混凝土反坎，高度根据地面高度确定。反坎下予埋φ20＠750mmPVC 塑料排水板，长度大于反坎厚度且两端长出反坎（伸入排水板长度50~100mm），排水管壁厚2.5mm 以上。

The installation and construction of the basement bottom plate are directly laid on the completed reinforced concrete bottom plate as shown in the above figure, and the plate is overlapped by sleeve connection. A C30 plain concrete flip bucket with a thickness of no less than 150mm shall be installed along the edge of the drainage ditch, and the height shall be determined based on the ground height. Embedding under the reverse ridge φ 20 @ 750mm PVC plastic drainage board, with a length greater than the thickness of the flip bucket and a length of 50-100mm extending into the drainage board at both ends, and a wall thickness of 2.5mm or more for the drainage pipe.

工艺流程：

Process flow:

基层验收→空铺塑料排水板（HDPE）→大小头套接搭接缝→空腔灌水泥砂浆→水泥砂浆养护→钢筋网片铺设→验收→混凝土地坪浇筑。

Grass level acceptance → Hollow laying of plastic drainage board (HDPE) → Joint splicing of large and small heads → Filling of cement mortar into the cavity → Cement mortar curing → Laying of steel mesh → Acceptance → Concrete floor pouring.

操作要点及技术要求：

Key operating points and technical requirements:

（1）塑料排水板（HDPE）防水板自然展开、疏松地铺设于规划好的位置。

(1) Plastic drainage board (HDPE) waterproof board is naturally unfolded and laid loosely in the planned location.

（2）排水板按垂直方向统一铺设。

(2) The drainage board is uniformly laid in a vertical direction.

（3）排水板空腔采用M20水泥砂浆灌密实，确保支点强度再铺设钢筋网片。

(3) The cavity of the drainage board is filled with M20 cement mortar to ensure the strength of the support points before laying steel mesh.

（4）混凝土浇筑时车辆不得在排水板上行驶，采用泵管泵送,混凝土强度等级按原设计（C30细石）。

(4) During concrete pouring, vehicles are not allowed to drive on the drainage board, and pump pipes are used for pumping. The strength grade of the concrete is according to the original design (C30 fine stone).
