水泥毯是一种浸渍了水泥的柔软的布，遇水会发生水合反应而硬化成一种很薄的防水防火的耐用混凝层。

A cement blanket is a soft cloth impregnated with cement that undergoes a hydration reaction when exposed to water and hardens into a thin, waterproof, and fire-resistant durable concrete layer.

水泥毯采用聚乙烯和聚丙烯长丝编织成的三维纤维复合结构，含有特殊配方的干混凝土混合料。铝酸钙水泥的主要化学成分是A12O3,CaO,SiO2,Fe2O3.帆布的底面覆有聚氯乙烯（PVC）底衬，确保混凝土帆布完全防水。现场施工时，现场不需要任何混凝土搅拌设备，只要简单地在混凝土帆布上浇水或者将混凝土帆布侵在水里使之发生水合反应。凝固后，纤维起到增强混凝土的作用，防止开裂。目前，水泥毯厚度为10mm。

The cement blanket adopts a three-dimensional fiber composite structure woven from polyethylene and polypropylene filaments, containing a special formula of dry concrete mixture. The main chemical components of calcium aluminate cement are A12O3, CaO, SiO2, and Fe2O3. The bottom surface of the canvas is covered with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) lining, ensuring that the concrete canvas is completely waterproof. During on-site construction, there is no need for any concrete mixing equipment, as long as the concrete canvas is simply watered or immersed in water to cause hydration reaction. After solidification, fibers play a role in strengthening concrete and preventing cracking. At present, the thickness of the cement blanket is 10mm.

水泥毯可以成大卷散装提供。也可以成卷提供，方便人工装卸和运输，无需大型起重机械。混凝土是按科学配比配制好的，无需现场配置，不会发生度水合问题。无论在水下还是在海里面，水泥毯都可以凝固成型。

Cement blankets can be provided in bulk in large rolls. It can also be provided in rolls, facilitating manual loading, unloading, and transportation without the need for large lifting machinery. Concrete is prepared according to scientific proportions, without the need for on-site configuration, and there will be no problem of degree hydration. Whether underwater or in the sea, cement blankets can solidify and form.

一旦浇水发生水合反应，在2小时内仍然可以对水泥毯大小形状进行必要加工。24小时内，其能够硬化达到80%的硬度。也能够按照用户的特殊要求，采用特殊配方达到快速凝固的目的。

Once hydration reaction occurs during watering, necessary processing of the size and shape of the cement blanket can still be carried out within 2 hours. Within 24 hours, it can harden to 80% hardness. It is also possible to achieve rapid solidification using special formulas according to the special requirements of users.

水泥毯是一项低质量低碳技术，在许多用途中，所有材料的量比常用混凝土少95%。它的碱含量有限，冲刷率非常低，所以对当地的生态的影响很小。

Cement blanket is a low-quality low-carbon technology, and in many applications, the amount of all materials is 95% less than commonly used concrete. Its alkali content is limited and its erosion rate is very low, so its impact on the local ecology is minimal.
